Through constitutional homeopathy, mineral balancing, gentle detoxification and frequency medicine, I help harmonise the body’s rhythms, replenish what has been depleted, and reduce the toxic load that can leave women feeling exhausted, foggy and disconnected from themselves.

Motherhood asks so much of a woman, and many mothers find they gradually lose touch with their own energy, direction and sense of self. My role is to guide you back to your individual essence, supporting the restoration of resilience, vitality and inner drive so you can feel grounded and energised in both motherhood and your own life.

Each protocol is deeply personalised, whether you are preparing your body for pregnancy, navigating the demands of motherhood, healing from depletion, or simply longing to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
